Yes, LeapCount's core platform is completely free to use, forever. This includes unlimited companies, +5 team members (on free plan), access to all core accounting features (like invoicing, supplier management, automated CoA + journals, employee payroll), community support, and 1GB of free storage.

Currently we don't have any paid plans. More will be announced in 2026. Rest assured that all features you currently use will still be offered to you for free as long as your company is under 5 users.

How do I add paid features like more storage or AI?

There are no different 'plans' to switch between. The core software is always free. If you need more than the included 1GB of storage or more users contact support@leapcount.com

You can add 5 team member or accountant (for each company) and manage unlimited companies within your LeapCount account, all included in the free offering.

Yes, while our core platform is already free for everyone, we may offer special considerations or discounts on paid usage (storage, AI credits, OCR) or premium support options for registered nonprofits, educational institutions, and open-source projects.
